Care over speed
We double-check the small things before they ever leave the desk.
Remote administrative support · Est. 2025
Fish and Loaves is a small remote studio that takes care of document preparation, data order, research, inboxes and calendars for small businesses and busy professionals. We started in 2025, we promise little, and we deliver it carefully.
About us
Fish and Loaves began in 2025 with a simple idea: most small businesses do not need a big agency. They need one careful pair of hands for the paperwork, the inboxes and the data that quietly pile up.
We work fully remotely, through the tools you already use. No long contracts, no inflated promises — just steady, organised support, delivered the way we would want to receive it.
— The Fish and Loaves desk, est. 2025
We double-check the small things before they ever leave the desk.
Files, folders and data get one clear home — and stay there.
If something takes longer than expected, we say so early.
Your documents, inboxes and data stay private. Always.
We took our name from an old story about five loaves and two fish: a small offering, shared wisely, and suddenly there was enough for everyone. That is the spirit of this studio. Hand us the tasks that are already on your desk — and we will make them go further.
How it works
No agency theatre, no long onboarding. This is the entire process, start to finish.
Send a short note about the tasks piling up on your desk. No forms, no commitment — a real person replies within one business day.
We talk for half an hour, look at your tools and pick the tasks worth handing over. You get a clear, fair estimate before anything starts.
Everything happens remotely, inside the tools you already use. You can see progress as it happens and get a short summary every week.
The busywork stays off your desk. Scale the hours up or down as life changes — and pause whenever you need.
We opened in 2025. We would rather earn trust slowly than borrow it.

Portfolio & testimonials
We are new, so our portfolio is short and real. A few first projects, the quiet numbers behind them, and the words of the people who trusted us early.
A founder's shared inbox, sorted into a simple system of labels, templates and a daily rhythm that holds.
A consulting firm's CRM, reviewed row by row until every contact had one clean, trustworthy home.
Scheduling, follow-ups and reminders moved into a steady weekly routine the whole team can see.
They took the paperwork off my desk and I finally caught up on the real work. Quiet, careful, exactly as promised.
Our inbox went from chaos to a system I actually understand. Small team, big relief.
The first month felt like adding a steady pair of hands. We are planning to continue.
More stories will appear here as our first clients finish their second quarter with us.

Frequently asked
The questions we hear most often, answered plainly. If yours is not in the list, the message form below goes to a real person.
We are a small remote studio that handles the routine administrative work that slows small businesses down: document preparation, data entry, research, inbox management, scheduling, CRM updates and business process documentation. Everything is done fully online, through the tools you already use.
A plain answer, from the people who will do the work.
Every service has a simple starting price shown on this page. For recurring work we agree a fair hourly rate up front — no subscriptions, no retainers, no surprise line items. You only pay for the hours actually worked, with a short weekly summary so nothing catches you off guard.
A plain answer, from the people who will do the work.
No. We would rather earn a second month of work than lock you into one. You can pause, scale hours up or down, or stop at any time — a short email is enough. We believe the only way a small studio like ours keeps clients is by being easy to stay with.
A plain answer, from the people who will do the work.
Yours, not ours. We adapt to Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, Pipedrive and most common CRMs and project tools. If you already use a tool, there is a good chance we can work inside it — and if we have not used it before, we will learn it quickly and carefully.
A plain answer, from the people who will do the work.
Never by email. We use a password manager for credentials and a secure shared folder for documents. Access is revoked the moment we stop working together, and we do not keep copies of your files after a project closes. Discretion is part of the service, not an extra.
A plain answer, from the people who will do the work.
One steady point of contact — the same person who answers your first email is the one who does the work. We are small by design, so you will never be passed between account managers or junior staff. If we ever need to bring a second pair of hands in, we will tell you first.
A plain answer, from the people who will do the work.
Within one business day for every message, and usually much sooner during working hours (Mon – Fri, 9:00 – 17:00 MT). If we are in the middle of a focused task when you write, you will still get a short acknowledgment within a few hours so you know we have seen it.
A plain answer, from the people who will do the work.
Yes. Many of our clients start with a few hours a week to test the fit, then increase during busy seasons and drop back when things quiet down. A short notice at the start of each week is enough to adjust the plan — there is no minimum commitment.
